In order to participate in this meeting, a deposit equal to 50% of your meeting fee must be received from the Foundation by March 31, 2010. After this date, reservations will be taken on an as-available basis. Final payment for the meeting is due July 8, 2010 and no changes to your selected package type may occur after May 31, 2010.
