Sponsors of the LESS CHAOS surgical symposium are organizations that have provided an educational grant and/or in-kind equipment donation to support the event. Sponsors should contact Lara Beer-Caulfield to register for a table at LESS CHAOS: PHL.

Exhibitors are organizations that haven't provided a grant or in-kind equipment donation and would like to purchase an exhibit table at the event. Exhibit tables can be purchased online for $6,000.

Sponsors & exhibitors can reserve a table in the pre-function area on the third floor of Loews. Breaks will occur in the pre-function space where attendees will walk through to access the event, and breakfast & lunch will occur in Washington C. Lectures will occur in Washington A & B. The Foundation will assign sponsors their specific table location and exhibitors may choose their location during the registration process. Note that the tables shown below are a mix of sponsor and exhibitor tables and you can see which specific tables are available when you register.

Thursday, May 28: Table set-up, 6:00 am - 7:00 am or 8:00 am - 9:00 am (working around breakfast and the AM break)

Sponsor & exhibitor table hours: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm (breakfast is at 7:00 am, breaks are at 10:00 and 3:30, and lunch is at 12:30 pm; you are welcome to arrive for breakfast)

Friday, May 29:

Sponsor & exhibitor table hours: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm (breakfast is at 6:30 am, breaks are at 9:30 and 3:30, and lunch is at 1:00 pm; you are welcome to arrive for breakfast)

Saturday, May 30:

Sponsor & exhibitor table hours: 10:00 am – 3:30 pm (breakfast is at 6:30, the first break is at 10:00, lunch is at 12:10 pm, and the afternoon break is at 3:00 pm; you are welcome to arrive for breakfast)

Sunday, May 31 (optional):

Sponsor & exhibitor table hours: 9:15 am – 1:15 pm (breakfast is at 6:30, the first break is at 9:20, lunch is not provided on Sunday; you are welcome to arrive for breakfast)

Table teardown is Saturday, May 30 from 3:30 pm – 6:00 pm or Sunday from 1:15 pm - 3:00 pm

All of the hours listed above are flexible, and exhibitors are welcome to staff their tables accordingly.

There is no overnight security for the sponsor tables. You can move a reasonable amount of materials to a locked meeting room for overnight storage; see floorplan above, Jefferson room.
