Join leading experts for an intensive two-day pre-course certification and a four-day surgical seminar focused on complex lower extremity reconstruction. The 2027 program covers:

• Orthoplastic Limb Preservation – soft tissue coverage, wound temporization, flap selection, and reconstruction of challenging defects and management of skeletal infections.

• Bone Loss & Deformity Correction – bone grafting, segmental defect repair, limb lengthening, alignment, and advanced fixation strategies.

• Charcot Foot & Ankle – midfoot and hindfoot reconstruction, infection management, and decisions about when and how to pursue limb salvage.

• Peripheral Nerve & Ankle Surgery – nerve evaluation and treatment, complex fractures, osteochondral lesions, and total ankle arthroplasty.

Hands-on modules provide practical training in soft tissue repair, periosteal distraction, hexapod deformity correction, and bone transport. An optional two-day certification course preceding the seminar offers focused instruction and labs in static and dynamic circular external fixation.  A certificate of completion will be provided by the Orthoplastic Limb Preservation Society.
