Lodging Options
TWO types of lodging exist for this trip, and they determine the overall package price. Each option is based on availability and is first-come, first-served. Packages with lodging include overnight stays from Wednesday, September 23, through Sunday, September 27.
1. Doubletree Single Occupancy rooms are limited in availability and come at a higher cost (see chart).
2. Doubletree Double Occupancy rooms (sharing a room with a roommate) offer 2 beds in each room.
Rooming Assignments and Availability
A limited number of single rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you select a Double Occupancy room, you may list your roommate's name on your registration form. If you want a double room but do not have a roommate, your registration will be converted to a single room at your expense.
Make Your Reservation Today
A non-refundable deposit of at least 50% is due by May 1, 2026, to reserve your space at the meeting; full payment is due by July 31, 2026. Final payments paid after July 31 will incur a $50 late payment fee. To guarantee your reservation at this meeting, your deposit or full payment MUST BE received by May 1. After May 1, reservations will be taken based on availability. No reservations will be taken after July 31, 2026.

Payment Information

Room Availability
A limited number of single rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Additional Room Nights
Should you choose to extend your vacation at the beginning or end of the trip, the attendee is responsible for arranging additional room nights with the DoubleTree. The additional night rate is $149 single, plus taxes and fees.
