Important Exhibitor Deadlines:
February, 2012: Exhibitor Prospectus will be mailed to all companies that exhibited with us at the 2012 Clinical Conference
April 13, 2012: 2011 Clinical Conference exhibitors must return completed application and 50% deposit to secure a booth for 2012
April 16, 2012: Exhibitor Prospectus for 2012 Clinical Conference will be mailed to the general public
September 7, 2012:
1- All exhibitors must have full payment to the Foundation
2- Updated or new company descriptions must be sent to the Foundation
3- Deadline for advertisements for the Clinical Conference Program Booklet
October 9, 2012: Deadline for hotel reservations at the discounted, group rate
October 12, 2012: Company rep names must be submitted to the Foundation for name badges
October 26, 2012: Early bird discount ends to order electricity, extra chairs, etc.
Weeks of October 8th & October 29th, 2012: A list of pre-registered meeting attendees will be e-mailed to the company contact in an Excel spreadsheet
