The 38th Annual Goldfarb Foundation Clinical Conference is being held at the Valley Forge Convention Center in King of Prussia, PA from October 28 - 31, 2010; the exhibit hall dates are Friday, October 29th and Saturday, October 30th. Over 350 attendees are expected for the meeting which makes the exhibit hall the place to showcase your products and build customer relationships. The Clinical Conference draws DPMs and Assistants from across the Mid-Atlantic region and beyond.

You can find all of the details for this meeting in the Exhibitor Prospectus below. To sign up for the conference and reserve your booth, please send a 50% deposit and completed Exhibitor Registration (found on page 15 of the prospectus) to Lara Beer-Caulfield at the Foundation:

Important Exhibitor Deadlines:

April 16, 2010: 2009 Clinical Conference exhibitors must return completed application and 50% deposit to secure a booth for 2010

April 19, 2010: Exhibitor Prospectus for 2010 Clincial Conference will be mailed to the general public

August 27, 2010: Deadline for advertisements for the Clinical Conference Program Booklet

September, 2010: Exhibitor kits will be e-mailed from the Foundation to the company contact

September 1, 2010:
1- All exhibitors must have full payment to the Foundation
2- Updated or new company descriptions must be sent to the Foundation

Weeks of September 27th & October 18th, 2010: A list of pre-registered meeting attendees will be e-mailed to the company contact in an Excel spreadsheet

October 1, 2010: Company rep names must be submitted to the Foundation for name badges
