54th Annual Clinical Conference

The 54th Annual Clinical Conference is scheduled for Thursday, November 5 - Sunday, November 8, 2026, at the Hilton Philadelphia City Avenue (NEW VENUE).  Up to 29.75 CECH are planned for this meeting with full participation in the Act 124, Act 31, APMA Coding Seminar, Risk Management Update, and general Clinical Conference lectures (Friday-Sunday).  Registration for DPMs will open on August 1, and exhibitors can begin registering this spring.

The 2026 Clinical Conference is an in-person event and does NOT have a virtual component.

DPM Meeting Attendees

The general virtual Clinical Conference lectures run Friday-Sunday offer up to  21.0 CME Credits.  Registration fees start at $299 for PPMA Members (in good standing), $549 for APMA members, and $599 for non-APMA members.  Additional hours can be earned by registering for the APMA Coding Seminar and the Risk Management Update.

Trillant

The exhibit hall has 53 booth spaces available for sale.  Inline booth prices start at $1300 and premium booths start at $1400.00.  Booth fees increase by $100 on August 1.  Booths include an 8x10 space, one 6' table, two chairs, wastebasket, WIFI, an ID sign, and complimentary lead retrieval. Booth sales will begin this spring.

APMA CODING SEMINAR

Coding and Billing

The APMA Coding Seminar will occur on Thursday, November 5, from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm.  Up to 3.75 CME Credits will be available. Registration fees start at $195 for APMA Members and office/coding staff.

RISK MANAGEMENT update

Risk Management

The Risk Management Update is scheduled for Thursday, November 5, from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm.  Up to 1.0 CME Credit is available.  A hot buffet dinner is included with your registration fee and is available from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm.

Act 124 Opioid Education Training

The Act 124 Opioid Education Training session occurs on Thursday, November 5, from 8:00 am - 10:00 am.  Up to 2.0 CME Credits are available for this session.  The registration fee for the Act 124 Training is $50.  

Act 31 mandated reporter training

The Act 31 Mandated Reporter Training session occurs on Thursday, November 5, from 10:30 am - 12:30 pm.  Up to 2.0 CME Credits are available for this session.  The registration fee for Act 31 Training is $50.

The Call for Abstracts will accept submissions March 15, 2026, through June 15, 2026.  Those who would like to submit an abstract can do so utilizing the electronic form.  Additional details about the Call for Abstracts and ensuing Poster Competition can be found on this page.
