2022 Annapolis Meeting


The Foundation is planning the Annapolis Meeting as an in-person event from Friday, December 2 - Sunday, December 4.  This event offers up to 12 CE Contact Hours.  Registration opens September 1, and is only available online.

HIA Meeting Spalce

Registration fees start at $350 for APMA members and $600 for non-members.  Up to 12 CE Contact Hours can be earned at this meeting.  Registration for the Annapolis Meeting opens September 1, and the Early Bird Rate ends October 28.

HIA Exhibit Space

Exhibitors can reserve a 6' long display table for $500 each.  There are 10 exhibit tables available and they include 2 chairs.  Exhibit days are Friday, December 2 & Saturday, December 3 with an option for Sunday, December 4.  

Annapolis Room

Overnight accommodations can be made at the Historic Inns of Annapolis at a group rate of $156/night.  The room block is protected through Nov. 1, 2022 or until the room block commitment has been met, whichever comes first.  The hotel typically sells out, make your reservations early! BOOK ONLINE
