Exhibit at the Annapolis Meeting


The 2020 Annapolis Meeting is scheduled for December 4 - 6, 2020 at the Historic Inns of Annapolis in Annapolis, MD.  There are 10 exhibit tables available for $500 each at the event. Approximately 60-75 DPMs from PA and the Mid-Atlantic region are expected to attend this CME event.

Optional: Sunday, Dec. 6  8:30 am - 12:45 pm 

Tables and displays must be dismantled within an hour of the closing of the exhibit area on either Saturday or Sunday.

To secure a table at the Annapolis Meeting, complete the Exhibitor Application and return it to the Goldfarb Foundation with your full payment of $500.  Payment can be made by check or credit card.  You must mark on the application if you will exhibit on Sunday (optional) and if your table will need access to an electric outlet.

Each table is priced at $500 and includes a 6' table and 2 chairs.  Exhibitors must mark on their application if they need access to an electric outlet.  There is no charge for electric access, but not all tables will be able to reach an outlet.

Moving of Exhibit Tables & Security


There is no security provided overnight on Friday or Saturday in the exhibit area.  Exhibitors are encouraged to take any high-priced equipment or supplies with them at the end of each day.  If the facility has an event scheduled after our exhibit hours end on Friday or Saturday, the exhibit tables will need to be moved into a separate room at the hotel and will be returned to their original locations by the next morning.
