• Notification of acceptance in an email to the corresponding author: No later than August 2, 2024
• PDF Submission Deadline: October 1, 2024
• Poster setup: Thursday, November 7, 2024 , 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
• Posters on display: Friday, November 8, 2024,  9:00 am – Saturday, November 9, 2024, 4:00 pm
• Poster Winners announced: Before 3:30 pm lecture on Friday, November 8, 2024
• Poster removal: Saturday, November 9, 2024,  4:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Three prizes* will be awarded in each division (Case & Scientific) to the winners:
$100, First Place
$75, Second Place
$50, Third Place

*Prizes subject to adjustment if a lack of posters are presented for judging.

Judging for the poster competition will occur in advance of the event based upon the submitted PDF files, regardless of the event format.
