Public health requirements relative to vaccination, testing, masking, and social distancing will depend upon the local, state, or national mandates in place at the time of the 74th Annual Region III Meeting. This policy applies to all meeting participants, including but not limited to assistants, DPM attendees, exhibitors, and staff.
Registrants will accept this agreement upon registering for the event and acknowledge their understanding that:
- this event is being planned as an in-person meeting;
- the meeting cancellation policy applies to all registrants;
- this transaction appears on your credit card statement as a purchase from the Goldfarb Foundation;
- your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email address) is provided to exhibitors. To opt out of your contact information being provided to exhibitors, you must email alisha@ppma.org. If you choose to opt-out, your first and last name are provided as the only contact information for exhibitors.
