53rd Annual Clinical Conference

The 53rd Annual Clinical Conference is scheduled for Thursday, November 6 - Sunday, November 9, 2025, at the Valley Forge Casino Resort. Up to 25.75 CECH are planned for this meeting with full participation in the APMA Coding Seminar, Risk Management Update, and general Clinical Conference lectures (Friday-Sunday).

The 2025 Clinical Conference is an in-person event and does NOT have a virtual component.

DPM Meeting Attendees

The general virtual Clinical Conference lectures run Friday-Sunday and plan to offer up to 21.0 CE Contact Hours. Registration fees start at $299 for PPMA Members (in good standing), $549 for APMA members, and $599 for non-APMA members. Additional hours can be earned by registering for the APMA Coding Seminar and the Risk Management Update.

The exhibit hall has 49 booth spaces available for sale. Booth prices start at $1300 and increase by $100 on August 1. Booths include a 10x10 space, one 6' table, two chairs, wastebasket, WIFI, an ID sign, and complimentary lead retrieval.

APMA CODING SEMINAR

Coding and Billing

The APMA Coding Seminar will occur on Thursday, November 6, from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm. Up to 3.75 CECH will be available. Registration fees start at $195 for APMA Members.

RISK MANAGEMENT update

Risk Management

The Risk Management Update is scheduled for Thursday, November 6, from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Up to 1.0 CE Contact Hour will be available. A hot buffet dinner is included with your registration fee and is available from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm.

CALL FOR ABSTRACTS & POSTER COMPETITION

Call for Abstracts and Post Contest

The Call for Abstracts will accept submissions March 15, 2025, through June 15, 2025. Those who would like to submit an abstract can do so utilizing the electronic form. Additional details about the Call for Abstracts and ensuing Poster Competition can be found on this page.

16TH ANNUAL RESIDENCY CONTEST

Submissions for the Foundation's 16th Annual Residency contest will be accepted through 9:00 am on Friday, May 30. The contest is open to those in a residency program based in PA, DE, MD, or NJ. The winner of the contest will be invited to lecture on Sunday, Nov. 9, 2025, at the 53rd Annual Clinical Conference.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Valley Forge Raddison

Overnight accommodations can be made at either Casino Resort properties, the newly renovated Stardust Tower, or Casino Tower. The room rates start at a discounted price of $165/night. The room block is protected through October 7, 2025, or until the room block commitment has been met, whichever comes first.
