The 49th Annual Goldfarb Foundation Clinical Conference is scheduled for the Valley Forge Casino Resort in King of Prussia, PA from Thursday, November 4 - Sunday, November 7, 2021.  This event is the place to showcase your products and build customer relationships.  The Clinical Conference draws DPMs and Assistants from across the Mid-Atlantic region and beyond.

Details about the exhibit hall are subject to change based upon the current pandemic environment.  The exhibit hall layout, sponsorships, and promotions within the exhibit hall may be adjusted as necessary due to mandates from national, state, and local governments and health agencies.

Friday, November 5: 7:30 am - 9:00 am (tabletop displays only)

Exhibit Hall Hours:

Breakfast for exhibitors and attendees will be available in the registration area beginning at 7:30 am on Friday & Saturday

Exhibitor Deadlines

March 2021: Exhibitor prospectus will be mailed to all companies that exhibited with us at the 2019 Clinical Conference and supported the 2020 Virtual Meeting.  Aapplications from those companies can be accepted by the Foundation  

April 30, 2021: Last day for 2019/2020 Clinical Conference exhibitors to return completed application and $500 deposit to secure a booth for 2021 prior to the general public being able to reserve a booth 

May 3, 2021: Exhibitor Prospectus for 2021 Clinical Conference will be mailed to the general public 

May 31, 2021: Early bird booth pricing ends; regular booth pricing begins June 1

August 31, 2021: Regular booth pricing ends; late pricing begins September 1

September 13, 2021:
1- Exhibitors who reserved their booth with a deposit must have full payment to the Foundation 
2- Updated or new company descriptions must be sent to the Foundation- view 2019 descriptions
3- Companies submitting an application to exhibit after this date must submit the completed application with payment in full and their exhibitor description. 

October 8, 2021:  

1- Deadline for advertisements for the Clinical Conference Program Booklet

2- Company rep names must be submitted to the Foundation for name badges   

October 13, 2021:  
Deadline for hotel reservations at the discounted, group rate of $155

October 22, 2021: 
Early bird discount ends with GES to order electricity, extra chairs, etc. for your booth; note that the exhibit hall aisles are not carpeted and carpeting is not required for booths.

Weeks of October 4 & October 25, 2021: A list of pre-registered meeting attendees will be e-mailed to the company contact in an Excel spreadsheet
