DPM Meeting @ Clinical Conference


The 2019 Clinical Conference is scheduled for November 7 - 10, 2019 at the Valley Forge Casino Resort in King of Prussia, PA.  The day preceding the Clinical Conference lectures offers the APMA Coding Seminar and the Risk Management Update (separate registration & fees).  With registration for all 3 aspects of this event, you can earn up to 26.75 CE Contact Hours.

Additional Learning Opportunities


Two Lunch & Learn non-CE Contact Hour sessions are available at the 2019 Clinical Conference. Additionally, a hands-on cadaver workshop is being planned which will NOT offer CE Contact Hours.

Thursday, November 7
10:00 am - 12:00 pm- Lapiplasty® Procedure Cadaveric Workshop, a cadaver-based workshop sponsored by Treace Medical Concepts, is open to DPMs who have registered for the Clinical Conference and complete/submit the form.  The workshop is designed for surgical podiatrists looking to hone their Lapiplasty® Procedure skills.  The complimentary workshop is limited to 30 registrants and does not offer CE Contact Hours.

Cancellation Policies


The Goldfarb Foundation is unable to assume risk or responsibility for the exhibitors’ and/or registrants’ time or expenses should an act of God, government action, aviation disruption, disaster, weather, or other force beyond the control of the Goldfarb Foundation make it inadvisable or impossible to conduct this event. The registrant may wish to consider purchasing personal travel insurance to insure his/her expenses.

Cancellations October 18, 2019 and Before
A nonrefundable $50 administrative fee will be charged for the Coding Seminar, Risk Management Update, and Clinical Conference registration cancellations. The remaining balance will be made by refund in the matter in which the original payment was made.
Cancellations October 19, 2019 and After
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received October 20 and after. Registered individuals who do not attend the meeting are considered “No Shows” and will not receive a refund.
Non-Member Registrations
Non-APMA member DPMs who register at a member rate will be contacted to either pay the difference between the member/non-member fees or bring their membership up to date. Non-members who bring their membership up to date within 30 days from the date of registration can be refunded the difference in registration fees.
Triple Play Deal
No refunds will be given for cancellations for any/all part of the Triple Play Deal and registrations are non-transferable.  

All cancellations must be made in writing to Lara Beer-Caulfield by either email (lara@ppma.org) or USPS first class mail.   A nonrefundable $50 administrative fee will be charge for all APMA Coding Seminar, Risk Management Update, and/or Clinical Conference cancellations when refunds are issued.  ​

The policies as noted on this website apply to registrations submitted via the event brochure's registration form, online, or over the phone. 

CE Contact Hours


The Clinical Conference (lectures Friday-Sunday) offers 21 CE Contact Hours.  The APMA Coding Seminar offers 3.75 CE Contact Hours and the Risk Management Update offers 2.0 CE Contact Hours.  Registering for all three events allows you to earn up to 26.75 CE Contact Hours.

The Goldfarb Foundation is approved by the Council on Podiatric Medical Education (CPME) to provide continuing education contact hours and all of our meetings are CPME-approved.
