Quiz Information:

Once you have viewed each lecture, you will be required to take a quiz that will validate that you have in fact watched the lecture. The quiz will be 5 to 10 multiple choice or true/false questions and is untimed. After you successfully complete the quiz, you will immediately be able to view your CE Contact Hour certificate and print it. You will receive an e-mail from the Foundation within a week of completing the lectures with a link to an evaluation.
