2012 Clinical Conference Minimize

The 40th Annual Clinical Conference will be held Thursday, November 8 - Sunday, November 11 at the Valley Forge Casino Resort in King of Prussia, PA. 

The Goldfarb Foundation is CPME approved and the Clinical Conference can provide you with up to 25 CE Contact Hours with 4 hours for Risk Management on Thursday and 21 hours for the Clinical Conference lectures Fri-Sun.

Registration fees are as follows:

Registration for the Risk Management Update is $75, which includes dinner and the lecture.  4.0 CE Contact Hours are available for Risk Management.

A PPMA Member - Active, is one who is currently considered active by PPMA and has paid at least 50% of their 2012/2013 dues by the day they register.
A PPMA Member - 50% Dues Not Paid is an active member of PPMA who has not paid at least 50% of their 2012/2013 dues.
A Non-PPMA Member is a PA DPM who is currently suspended or on inactive status with PPMA.

Thursday, November 8th: Risk Management; 6:00 pm - 10:15 pm
Friday, November 9th: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday, November 10th: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Sunday, November 11th: 8:00 am - 1:30 pm

What is included with my Clinical Conference meeting registration?
Each DPM who registers for the conference will receive up to 21 hours of lectures, the opportunity to earn 21 CPME approved CE Contact Hours, all breaks on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and one lunch ticket for Friday and one for Saturday. How can I earn extra CE Contact Hours at the meeting?
The Risk Management Meeting on Thursday, November 8th from 6:00 - 10:15 pm allows for an additional 4 Contact Hours.  Registration for the Risk Managment Update is $75, which includes dinner before the meeting.

How do I earn credits at this meeting?
The Goldfarb Foundation will utilize a badge scanning system to account for meeting attendees credits at the Clinical Conference.  Please read The Goldfarb Foundation's CE Contact Hour Scanning Policy (+ 41 attendees) to become familiar with our policy and the guidelines pertaining to it.  

When can I get my badge scanned at the Clinical Conference?
Please review the CE Contact Hour Scanning Schedule for the Clinical Conference which will tell you when and where the badge scanning will occur.  This information will also be provided to you at the meeting in the program that is distributed at the registration desk.

I am a DPM, how do I register for this meeting?

I am a Podiatric Assistant, how do I register for my meeting?
The Goldfarb Foundation processes the registrations for the Assistants Program.  While the Assistants meeting is held in conjunction with the Clinical Conference, the Foundation does not manage the meeting itself.  Please visit the Assistants Page for more information about your meeting.

How do I know that I'm registered for the meeting?
When you submit your registration through our website, you'll receive an e-mail confirmation letting you know that we've received your registration and that it will be processed shortly.  All registrants will receive a confirmation e-mail within 2 weeks of the Foundation receiving your registration.

Where is the meeting and where can I make hotel reservations at?
The headquarters for the Clinical Conference is the convention center at the Valley Forge Casino Resort, located in King of Prussia, PA (about 20 minutes outside Philadelphia).  The convention center is where all lectures will take place and where the exhibit hall is located.  Guest room accommodations are available at both Convention Center hotels, the Radisson Hotel at Valley Forge Casino and the Casino Tower (previously Scanticon Hotel) at the Valley Forge Casino Resort.  Meeting participants can make reservations at either property by calling 888-267-1500 or by clicking here for online reservations.  Room rates at the hotels are $149.00 single/double and the room block cut-off date is October 9, 2012 (if there are still rooms available).  

How do I get to the Valley Forge Casino Resort?
The Casino Resort 
is conveniently located in King of Prussia, PA, which is about 20 minutes outside of Philadelphia.  The facility is about 40 minutes away from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), the closest airport to the meeting. 

If you are flying into Philadelphia International Airport, you may book shuttle service through Tropiano Airport Shuttle Service.  The shuttle departs from the Airport Ground Transportation Center every 30 minutes from 6am-midnight. Reservations can be made by calling Tropiano at 215-616-5370.  Rates are $29 one way and $53 round trip. Please note that the Convention Center offers complimentary shuttle service to the King of Prussia Mall and other local attractions.  Arrangements can be made through the front desk.
