The 2012 Annapolis Meeting is being held at the Historic Inns of Annapolis from December 7 - 9, 2012; the exhibitor dates are Friday, December 7th & Saturday, December 8th.  About 60-75 attendees from the Mid-Atlantic region are expected for the meeting.

Table-top exhibits are available for $500 and are located in the atrium of the hotel.  The atrium is where the registration area and food & drinks for the breaks are located.  The lecture hall is directly off of the atrium so all attendees must pass by the exhibitors to access the lecture hall.
